Brahma – is one of the three Supreme Gods of Hindu trinity, Trimurti (along with Vishnu and Shiva). Brahma is believed to be the Creator of the Universe. He is a farther of Manu from whom all human beings have descended. His consort is the Goddess of knowledge and arts, Sarasvati. Brahma uses the swan Hamsa as a vehicle. Though Brahma is one of the Trimurti, his cult is not widespread.
